本発明は、上記の如く構成され、且つ機能する
ので、従来の瀘過ドラムを用いる型式の装置が瀘
過ドラムの中に切削油を投入することから生ず
る、フイルターの破損、目詰の防止、瀘過ドラム
内での切粉の集約、瀘過ドラムからの切粉の搬出
機構の配慮等を払う必要はなくなり、且つ切削油
を瀘過ドラム内に投入する際に瀘過ドラムがうけ
る荷重に対する配慮がいらなくなり、かえつて、
切削油投入槽の中に切削油を投入することにより
原理的には瀘過ドラムを浮かせることになるので
瀘過ドラムの回転軸をうける軸受にかゝる荷重を
軽減し、その結果、瀘過ドラムを張設チエーンの
瀘過ドラムにかかる重力並に張力で軽く回転させ
