パツケージを有することを特徴とするバリスタ。 (2) 前記対象能動部品と密着してプリント基板
に実装された請求項１記載のバリスタ。 (3) 前記対象能動部品と止め金具部材を介して
放熱体に取り付けられた状態でプリント基板に実
装された請求項１記載のバリスタ。 (4) 前記対象能動部品がパワートランジスタ又
はパワーＭＯＳＦＥＴである請求項１乃至３のい
ずれかに記載のバリスタ。
