- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 セラミツク製誘電対の中に内部電極が埋設され
ると共に、該誘電体表面には放電々極が配設され
、上記電極間に交流高電圧を印加するオゾナイザ
ー用放電板であつて、 前記放電々極を、その一部を露出させた状態で
残部を不導体材料で被覆してなることを特徴とす
るオゾナイザー用放電板。
