[Detailed description of the invention] This invention dries documents, etc. by blowing clean air through a filter into the drying chamber without reducing the circulating air volume, thereby sending circulating air throughout the entire drying chamber in a dust-free condition. This is related to the dryer, and even if the seal between the door and the main unit is not sufficient, dust from the outside will not enter the drying chamber directly and will be filtered by the filter, keeping the drying chamber dust-free. The present invention relates to a dryer that can be kept in a dryer.

Generally, in a dryer that prevents dust from adversely affecting samples, etc., air sucked in from the front of the dryer is heated by a heater, and is blown from the back to the front opening side through a filter. Therefore, even if the door is opened, dust and the like will not enter the interior of the drying chamber. However, in the past, the air intake port was provided at the front of the tank, so the area in the drying chamber where there was no air flow (dead zone) was located at a location further away from the suction port in the drying chamber. If this suction port is installed as a porous ventilation path on the door side of the drying chamber, the amount of circulating air will decrease, and if the seal between the door and the main body is not reliable. There was a risk that dust, etc. could enter the drying chamber from that part and come into direct contact with the materials.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems.By forming an intake chamber on the inner surface of the door and providing multiple intake holes around this intake chamber, it is possible to improve The dead zone is reduced, and in addition to the multiple intake holes, an intake hole is provided to directly draw the air from the drying chamber into the communication chamber, so the amount of air circulating into the drying chamber is not reduced, and the door and main body If dust or the like enters between the drying chamber and the drying chamber, it is removed by suction at a position immediately before it enters the drying chamber.

As shown in FIG. 1, the main body 3 of the dryer 1 according to the present invention has a drying chamber 7 with an opening 5 on one side, and a ventilation chamber on the other side of the drying chamber 7. 9 is formed. The blowing chamber 9 blows air filtered by a filter 11 into the drying chamber 7, and communicates with a communication chamber 13 formed below the drying chamber 7. A heater 15 is disposed within the communication chamber 13, and a fan 19 rotatably driven by a motor 17 mounted on the main body 3 is rotatably disposed on the side adjacent to the ventilation chamber 9. A door 23 is provided at the opening 5 of the drying chamber 7 via a hinge portion (not shown) or the like so as to be openable and closable. This door 23 is equipped with a flange 23F facing the front circumferential surface 3a of the main body 3 on the entire circumference,
A suitable sealing member 25 is arranged between the inner surface of the flange 23F and the front peripheral surface 3a.
Therefore, when the door 23 is closed, the inside of the main body 3 is sealed. An intake chamber 27 is formed on the inner surface of the door 23. The circumferential surface of this intake chamber 27 is inclined as shown in FIG. 1, and a large number of intake holes 29 are bored in this circumferential surface as shown in FIG. 2. Similar to the intake holes 29, the plurality of communication holes 31 bored at the lower side of the circumferential surface of the intake chamber 27 are opened at the bottom of the front surface 21 of the communication chamber 13 when the door 23 is closed. It communicates with the intake hole 21b on the side. Note that even when the door 23 is closed, the communication chamber 13
As shown in FIG. 1, the upper air intake hole 21a formed in the front surface of the drying chamber 27 is always in communication with the drying chamber 27.

In the above configuration, when the heater 15 is activated and the fan 19 is driven to rotate by the motor 17 after the sample etc. are placed in the drying chamber 7 and the door 23 is closed, the rotation of the fan 19 causes the communication chamber 1 to
Air heated by the heater 15 inside is sucked. Then, the air is blown into the air blowing chamber 9, passes through the filter 11, and is blown entirely into the drying chamber 7 toward the opening 5. Therefore, clean, dust-free air from which dust and the like have been removed is blown into the drying chamber 7, and there is no possibility that the dust or the like will have an adverse effect on the sample or the like.

The air blown to the drying chamber 7 is transferred to the communication chamber 13.
The drying air is directly sucked in by the upper row of air intake holes 21a drilled in the front of the drying chamber 7, and a large amount of drying air is circulated while maintaining a uniform temperature distribution and cleanliness distribution without reducing the air volume inside the drying chamber 7. At the same time, the lower row of intake holes 21b and the lower communication hole 31 of the intake chamber 27 formed inside the door 23 are in communication with each other, so that the plurality of holes bored on the inclined peripheral surface of the intake chamber 27 are connected to each other. Air is sucked through the intake hole 29. Therefore, the air blown from the ventilation chamber 9 into the drying chamber 7 toward the opening 5 is sucked in at the circumferential surface of the door 23, and the dead zone within the drying chamber 7 becomes small. It is something. Therefore, uniform temperature distribution and cleanliness distribution can be obtained. As described above, when the air is being circulated from the ventilation chamber 9 to the drying chamber 7, sucked into the intake chamber 27, and returned to the ventilation chamber 9 via the communication chamber 13, the sealing member 25 seals the air. If the air intake hole 29 provided on the circumferential surface of the air intake chamber 27 is not reliable and dust or the like may enter from the outside, the air intake hole 2 formed on the front surface 21 of the communication chamber 13 may be removed.
Dust is directly sucked into the drying chamber 1b, thereby preventing dust and the like from entering the drying chamber 7. Moreover, when the door 23 is opened, air is blown from the ventilation chamber 9 to the opening 5 side, so that external dust and the like will not penetrate deep into the drying chamber 7. In this case,
Intake holes 21a, 2 provided on the front surface 21 of the communication chamber 13
1b will suck in a part of the outside air, but the outside air will not penetrate deeply into the drying chamber 7. Therefore, the inside of the drying chamber 7 can always be kept dust-free.

As can be understood from the description of the embodiments above, the gist of the present invention is that a ventilation chamber is provided on the side of the drying chamber with an opening on one side of the main body for blowing air filtered by a filter into the drying chamber. In a dust-free dryer in which a communication chamber with a heater and a fan arranged on one side of the drying chamber is communicated with the ventilation chamber, the peripheral surface of the intake chamber provided on the inner surface of the door of the opening is connected to the inside of the main body. A plurality of air intake holes and a plurality of communication holes communicating with the communication chamber side of the air intake chamber are provided on this inclined surface so as to face the wall surface, and the air intake hole draws air from the drying chamber and the air flow from the drying chamber. This dust-free dryer is characterized by having an air intake hole for sucking air from the communication hole through the air intake chamber, which is provided on the slope of the communication chamber. Hot air is distributed throughout the room, the dead zone is smaller than before, and the air intake holes in the communication chamber are open to the drying room, so the amount of circulation can be maintained without reducing the amount of hot air. Therefore, uniform temperature distribution and cleanliness distribution can be obtained.
In addition, even if the seal between the door and the main body is not secure, the outside air will not enter the drying chamber because it will directly enter the air intake hole in the air intake chamber on the door side, and dust will come into contact with the materials. It is something that never happens,
The inside of the drying chamber can always be kept dust-free.
