Claims (1)
- 駆動回路の温度を補償する温度補償システムに
おいて、前記駆動回路の温度と性能との関係に基
づいて、各温度において補償すべきパラメータを
記憶したテーブルと、前記駆動部の温度を測定す
る手段とを備えその測定結果に基づいて前記テー
ブルをアクセスして各温度に対応して当該駆動回
路に供給する電圧、電流又はバイアス電圧、電流
又は供給すべき入力信号レベルを制御したことを
特徴とする駆動回路の温度補償回路。
