  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 搬送波が入力され該搬送波について個別の位相
    変調を行う複数の位相変調部と、 変調データが入力され該変調データに対応して
    前記位相変調部を選択する選択部と、 を有し、選択部により変調データに対応する位相
    で変調作用を行い被変調信号として出力する変調
    回路と、 被変調信号を送信する送信アンテナと、 前記変調回路の前段にて搬送波を非線形増幅す
    る非線形パワーアンプとを備え、 前記変調回路は、非線形パワーアンプによつて
    増幅された大振幅搬送波について位相変調を行う
    ことを特徴とする移動体用デジタル送信機。
