- 装置本体１内に隔壁４を設け、この隔壁４で該
本体内が原液導入管９によつて外部と連通する下
部室３と液排出管１０によつて外部と連通する
上部室２とに区切られるとともに、該隔壁４のフ
イルタ配設部１６にガイド金具１３が装着され、
このガイド金具１３の下方に筒状フイルタ５が嵌
挿されるとともに、該筒状フイルタ５の下方から
スプリグ１４を有するフイルタ取付金具６を嵌挿
し、該スプリング１４を前記ガイド金具１３に接
続してフイルタ配設部１６に筒状フイルタ５を固
定したことを特徴とする過装置。
