Claims (1)
- シリンダチユーブ内にピストンを気密にかつ摺
動自由に嵌装して、該ピストンに突設したピスト
ンロツドの前記シリンダチユーブの一端から突出
した端部に、前記ピストンの前面室と後面室に夫
々連通するポートを設けた流体圧シリンダの、前
記ピストンロツドの突出端を、基台の一端側に突
設した取付板に固定するとともに、前記シリンダ
チユーブの外周に、該シリンダチユーブを回転駆
動する筒体を、周方向の緊密な凹凸嵌合により軸
線方向の相対的摺動のみを自由に嵌装して、該筒
体を、前記基台の他端側に突設した支持体に設け
た嵌装孔内に回転自由に支持し、該筒体を回転駆
動する駆動源を設けたことを特徴とする流体圧シ
リンダ装置。
