図は第３図の従来例における非球面ミラーで反射
した光束のプリズム面部の通過状態を示す部分拡
大断面図である。 １０……光学センサ、１１……プリズム、１１
ａ，１１ｃ……プリズム面部、１１ｂ……平面部
、１２……球面反射ミラー、１３……発光素子、
１４ａ，１４ｂ，１４ｃ……検知領域。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 長手方向に沿つて複数個のプリズム部または平
    面部として順次に形成されている光学部材と、該
    光学部材の後方に配設された凹状の球面反射ミラ
    ーと、該球面反射ミラーの焦点位置の近傍に配設
    された一つの光学素子とを備えており、上記光学
    部材の各プリズム部が、互いに異なるプリズム角
    度を有していると共に、各プリズム部内にて、上
    記球面反射ミラーの球面収差を補正するように、
    その長手方向に沿つて、プリズムの角度が調整さ
    れていることを特徴とする、光学センサ。
