Claims (1)
- 永久磁石と、該永久磁石の一端に接触され磁性
材料のポールピースと、該ポールピース４の他端
部に、ソフト磁性体ギヤの回動方向に隔設されか
つ該ギヤの歯に対向するように配置された２個の
ホール素子７ａ，７ｂを有する差動型ホールＩＣ
５とを備え、更に前記ポールピースの他端部に前
記２個のホール素子７ａ，７ｂの中間と対応する
溝１０を備えたことを特徴とする回転センサ。
