Claims (1)
- 開口部を下向きにした貯水タンクと、該貯水タ
ンクの開口部を内部に挿入した水受皿と、該水受
皿に一端を連通させた給水管と、該給水管の他端
が連通した容器状の蒸気発生室と、内部に発熱体
が封入され前記蒸気発生室内の下部で水没状態に
て使用されるヒータと、水没状態のときにのみ前
記ヒータを作動させる空炊き防止器とを備え、前
記貯水タンクの開口部を前記ヒータの上面よりも
高く配置したことを特徴とする蒸し物用蒸気発生
装置。
