Claims (1)
- 小隙を有して並列した多数のプレートフイン１
と、該フイン１に貫通した多数の円形チユーブ２
と、により熱交換器のコアを形成したものにおい
て、前記プレートフイン１の長さにほぼ等しい部
分だけヘツダーパイプ３の断面外周を半円に形成
して塑性変形してそこに平坦面４を設け、他の部
分は断面円形に形成し、夫々の前記チユーブ２の
軸線に整合する位置で前記平坦面４に多数のチユ
ーブ孔を穿設し、夫々の該チユーブ孔に軸線が直
線をなす多数の短管５の一端を該短管が平坦面４
に垂直に挿通して、夫々の該挿通部をろう付け固
定し、夫々の前記チユーブ２の開口端を拡開して
そこに拡開部６を形成し、該拡開部６に夫々の前
記短管５の他端を挿入して該挿入部をろう付け固
定したことを特徴とする熱交換器。
