- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光像を感光記録媒体上に露光する露光部と、 出力用紙上に形成したい可視像の大きさを、少
なくとも２以上のサイズの中から選択するサイズ
選択部とを備えた画像形成装置において、 前記露光部が、 前記サイズ選択部にて最大サイズが選択された
とき、光像を前記感光記録媒体方向に導いて、該
最大サイズに対応した大きさの露光範囲を感光記
録媒体上の所定位置に形成する第１の光路設定手
段と、 前記サイズ選択部にて最大サイズに満たない非
最大サイズが選択されたとき、光像を前記感光記
録媒体方向に導いて、該非最大サイズに対応した
大きさの露光範囲を、前記感光記録媒体上の所定
位置に形成する第２の光路設定手段と、 前記サイズ選択部にて前記非最大サイズが選択
されたとき、前記露光範囲外の前記感光記録媒体
上を覆う遮断部材と を有することを特徴とする画像形成装置。
