    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数のポート間の接続が、スイツチング用ダイ
    オードとマイクロストリツプ型フイルタとの組合
    せによる無接点切替え回路にて行われる構造の高
    周波スイツチにおいて、前記マイクロストリツプ
    型フイルタとして、誘電体基板の一方の面にのみ
    印刷パターンを設け、該誘電体基板の他方の面に
    は板金製の接地導体を設けたことを特徴とする高
    周波スイツチ。
