    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の端末装置とそれぞれ独立に通信を実行可
    能な複数の通信制御手段と、複数の通信制御手段
    の通信状況を監視するシステム制御手段とを有し
    、前記システム制御手段は、複数の通信制御手段
    の通信状況が変化したときに各通信制御手段の最
    大通信速度を再計算し、前記システム制御手段か
    ら最大通信速度の変更通知を受けた通信制御手段
    では再計算された最大通信速度に基づいて通信速
    度の再設定がなされるようになつていることを特
    徴とする通信制御システム。
