The reason for this is that the top sheet itself has no irregularities. In order to create a three-dimensional effect on the surface, the present inventor developed a method of pasting pressed Japanese paper and applying a transparent synthetic resin top coat over it (Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-45658). Furniture surfaces treated with this method can achieve a three-dimensional effect by drawing Japanese paper. However, this method has the disadvantage that the unevenness of the washi paper is reduced during the process of pasting it onto the furniture surface. This is caused by the process of pasting the washi paper and the iron used. That is, since Japanese paper is bonded by applying an adhesive such as vinyl acetate to the surface of furniture and pressing it onto the surface with an iron, it cannot be bonded without reducing the unevenness of the embossed pattern. For this reason, the unevenness created by the patterning process before adhesion is significantly reduced after adhesion, making it difficult to finish the surface with a three-dimensional effect. This invention was developed with the aim of further solving this drawback, and the essential purpose of this invention is to be able to process the surface into a surface state with excellent three-dimensionality while being simple and easy to manufacture. To provide a method for painting furniture surfaces. [Means for Solving the Conventional Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention paints the furniture surface using the following steps. This invention can be roughly divided into two methods for treating the surface of furniture. (a) Apply surface finishing cloth 1 to the furniture surface with adhesive
(b) Applying base paint 2 to the surface of 4m of surface finish and firmly adhering the surface finish cloth 1 to the furniture surface; (e) Applying a transparent top coat to the surface of base paint 2. In the step of applying the resin paint 3, (d) the step of polishing the surface of the synthetic resin top coat 3 into a flat shape, and (e) the step of attaching the surface finishing cloth 1 to the furniture surface, the surface finishing cloth 1 has warp threads. A fabric knitted by crossing IA and weft 1B, with either warp mA or weft 1B,
Or use thread with thick sections for both. For yarns with partially different thicknesses, uneven yarns such as slub yarns and net yarns can be used. (f) A pre-dyed fabric is used as the surface finishing cloth l. (g) The top synthetic resin paint 3 is applied to the concave W of the surface finishing cloth 1.
Apply it to a thickness that absorbs it, and finish the surface smooth. Moreover, in the second method of the present invention, the surface of furniture is painted in the following steps. The furniture surface is painted in the same process as in the first method, but a different material is used for the surface finishing cloth 1. This method is a fabric in which warp threads mA and weft threads 1B are intersectedly knitted into a surface-finishing fabric 1, and either or both of warp threads 1A and weft threads 1B are lined with yarns of different thicknesses. use. In this way, Awa Shijira or the like, which uses a plurality of threads arranged at regular intervals, can be used for the surface finishing cloth l which is made by arranging and braiding threads of different thicknesses.

This is a fabric knitted by crossing A and weft 1B, and either or both of warp IA and weft 1B uses yarn with partially thick sections, such as uneven yarn, or The knitting is made by crocheting different threads in parallel. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a furniture surface to which a finishing cloth 1 is adhered. This figure shows the use of a surface-finished fabric 1 which is braided using uneven yarns having partially different thicknesses for both the warp IA and the weft 1Bσ). As shown in this figure,
Threads of different thickness create partially protruding parts, which create a three-dimensional concave item. FIG. 2 shows a state in which concavities are formed on the surface of the surface finishing cloth 1. As shown in this figure, the thicker part of the thread is attached in contact with the surface of the furniture, and the difference in thickness creates three-dimensional unevenness on the surface of the finishing cloth 1. In this state, the 40 formed on the surface of the finishing cloth 10 will not be crushed into a flat shape when the finishing cloth 1 is attached to the surface of the furniture. In order to adhere the surface finishing cloth 1 to the surface of furniture, it is necessary to press it with an iron and apply it without wrinkles. Irregularities caused by the thickness of the thread? .. 1
Even if you press it with an iron, the surface will not become flat, and even if the thick part of the thread gets crushed a little when you press it, it will recover and create three-dimensional unevenness. For this reason, if the surface finishing cloth 1 with this structure is used and adhered to the surface of the furniture, and a thick transparent synthetic resin paint 3 is applied to this surface so as to absorb the unevenness of the surface finishing cloth 1,
The surface is finished in a beautiful state with a three-dimensional effect. In addition, even if you do not use uneven thread and glue Awa Shijira, etc. of different thicknesses to the surface of the furniture as surface finishing cloth 1, as shown in Figures 1 and 3, the threads of different thicknesses will Four convexities are formed on the surface, creating a beautiful three-dimensional pattern.

However, Example ζ shown below is an example for embodying the technical idea of this invention, and the method of this invention specifies the materials used, coating conditions, etc. as shown below. Not. Various modifications may be made to the method of this invention within the scope of the claims. Furthermore, in order to make the claims easier to understand, the numbers corresponding to the members shown in the embodiments are indicated in the "Claims column" and "Means for Solving the Conventional Problems". The members shown in the "Column" and "Column of Functions and Effects" are appended with notes. However, the members shown in the claims are by no means limited to the members of the embodiments. First, as shown in Figure 1, apply a finishing cloth to the surface of the furniture.
Glue. The surface finishing cloth 1 is adhered to the surface of the furniture using a water-soluble adhesive such as vinyl acetate. Surface finishing cloth
To glue, apply adhesive 4 on the surface of the furniture with a brush,
Before this dries, the surface finishing cloth 1 is pressed and adhered. Too much adhesive was applied, and adhesive 4 was applied to the surface of the finishing cloth.
When it penetrates into the surface of the finishing cloth, the three-dimensional irregularities of the surface finishing cloth l will be reduced. Therefore, the amount of adhesive 4 applied should be
The amount is adjusted so that it does not penetrate from the back to the front when pressed. Surface finish. h Cloth l is a fabric whose surface is uneven due to the difference in thread thickness. Broadly speaking, two types of fabrics can be used. It is best to use fabrics with an irregular three-dimensional feel that are partially knitted with uneven yarns of different thicknesses. As shown in the plan view of FIG. 2, this fabric uses uneven threads for both warp threads 1A and weft threads 1B, or, although not shown, warp threads 1. You can use uneven yarn for either A or weft 1B. The uneven yarn can be a slub yarn in which roving is twisted between the yarns to create thick sections with noticeable spots, or a nep yarn in which small clumps of fiber are inserted here and there. The surface finish cloth 1 braided with uneven threads is preferably colored with a vegetable dye such as indigo. The surface finishing cloth is made by arranging threads of different thicknesses in parallel and braiding them, and Awa Shijira etc. can be used. Awa Shijira uses a thread made of multiple threads drawn at regular intervals, which are then contracted to create irregularities on the surface. Therefore, when Awa Shijira is used for the surface finishing cloth 1, it has the advantage that a desirable three-dimensional pattern can be formed. In addition, not only Awa Shijira but also any fabric using threads of different thicknesses can be used. The surface cloth 1 has unevenness on the surface due to the difference in the thickness of the threads.
Unlike Chirimensibo, it is not a concave pattern created by shrinking thread on a brush, so it does not lose its three-dimensional effect even after being applied to the surface of furniture using an iron or the like. Surface finish J:. After pasting the cloth 1, apply base paint 2 on the surface 2 to 4 times. As the base paint 2, a soft urethane paint can be used. The base paint 2 penetrates into the surface finishing cloth 1,
Glue this firmly to the surface of the furniture. After applying base paint 2, it is also possible to apply 4 coats of colored paint to the surface. However, since the coating method of the present invention emphasizes the three-dimensional appearance of the surface finishing cloth 1, the colored paint applied to the base paint 2 should be a transparent colored paint that does not hide the unevenness of the surface finishing cloth 1. use. After the base paint 2 is cured, a transparent top coat synthetic resin paint 3 is further applied thereon. Top coat synthetic resin paint 3 is
Apply it thicker than base paint 2. The top synthetic resin paint 3 has a thickness that absorbs the unevenness of the surface finishing cloth 1. In other words, the top synthetic resin paint 3 is applied thicker than the unevenness of the surface finishing cloth 1 so that the surface is smooth and the dents of the surface finishing cloth 1 can be buried inside. The thickness of the top synthetic resin paint 3 is usually between 0.5 and 5 mm, preferably between 1 and 1 mm,
More preferably, it is adjusted to a range of 1 to 3 openings. To apply the top synthetic resin paint 3 thickly, apply it in 2 to 4 times. For the top synthetic resin paint 3, unsaturated polyester can be used. When an unsaturated polyester paint is used as the top synthetic resin paint 3 and a vegetable-dyed material is used as the surface finish cloth 1, the vegetable-dyed material, which tends to discolor, can be protected by the top synthetic resin paint 3. That is, unsaturated polyester is free from NOx, other gases,
It has the advantage of protecting vegetable dyes from UV rays and preventing discoloration. After the top synthetic resin paint 3 is applied, the surface is polished smooth. For sanding, use coarse paper at first. Gradually use finer paper. For example, first polish with #320 paper, then polish with #600 paper, and then roughly polish with #800 paper. After polishing with barber, finish with ζ buff to give it a mirror-like finish.
