- 吸着ノズル２Ａ〜２Ｆによつて吸着された部品
Ｗに吸着ノズル２Ａ〜２Ｆの吸着口２ａの後方か
ら反射光を当てて部品Ｗの姿勢を検査する照明装
置において、吸着ノズル２Ａ〜２Ｆの吸着口２ａ
の後方に半透明の光拡散板８，９Ａ〜９Ｆを配置
すると共に、光拡散板８，９Ａ〜９Ｆの背面には
光反射層８ａ，９ａを設け、光拡散板８，９Ａ〜
９Ｆ側から光反射層８ａ，９ａに向けて光を投射
するようにしたことを特徴とする部品検査用照明
装置。
