Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光入射側に配された透光性かつ高導電性の
    p型半導体層及び光活性層を含む半導体膜と、第
    1背面電極膜と、絶縁膜と、第2背面電極膜とを
    積層し、受光領域内の複数の接続箇所において上
    記第2背面電極膜を、上記絶縁膜を貫通して上記
    p型半導体層に電気的に結合したことを特徴とす
    る光電変換素子。 (2) 上記光電変換素子の複数を、互いに隣接す
    る素子の一方の素子の第1背面電極膜と他方の素
    子の第2背面電極膜とでもつて半導体膜に対して
    背面側にて結合することにより電気的に直列接続
    したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光起電力装
    置。
