- 基板の両側端部を支持してこの基板を搬送する
左右一対のコンベヤと、この基板の両側端部を上
方から押える押え手段と、この基板の撓みを矯正
するべくこの基板の中央部を下方から押し上げる
押し上げ手段と、この基板に冷風を吹き当てる冷
却手段とから成ることを特徴とするリフロー後の
基板の撓み矯正装置。
