Claims (1)
- 外側シリンダ内に、内側シリンダ及びピストン
ロツドが所定の環状空間を隔てて同心的に配され
て成り、ピストンロツドの内端に環状ピストンが
外端に円盤状外端部材がそれぞれ固着され、内側
シリンダの内端にピストン兼用のシリンダヘツド
が固着され、外側シリンダ外端に外鍔を備えた外
端シリンダヘツドが固着され、前記ピストンロツ
ドと同心的に外端部材に内側ロツクシリンダが固
着され、このロツクシリンダの外側に中間及び外
側ロツクシリンダが外嵌され、外側ロツクシリン
ダの一端が外端シリンダヘツトの外鍔に固着され
、中間及び外側ロツクシリンダの前記外端部材側
内周面にロツクスリーブを摺動自在に介装し、こ
の各ロツクスリーブの内周面と内側及び中間ロツ
クシリンダとの間並びに、前記ロツクスリーブの
外周面と中間及び外側ロツクシリンダの間に流体
圧を選択的に作用させることによつて各ロツクシ
リンダを相対的にロツク状態としかつ摺動可能な
らしめたことを特徴とする二段式流体圧シリンダ
装置。
