煙突外壁及び給水ラインを覆う散水カバーが設け
られるとともに、上記煙突外壁と散水カバーとの
間に適宜数の散水ノズルごとに給水ラインを区切
る複数の竪向き仕切板が設けられた装置において
、上記仕切板の散水ノズルと対向する面に切欠が
設けられるとともに、上記散水カバーの裾部が煙
突外壁へ向かつて緩かに湾曲させられていること
