が塑性変形部によつて固定された状態を示す縦断
面図、第４図は熱交換器の全体正面図、第５図は
同じく平面図である。第６図ないし第１０図はそ
れぞれ仕切板の固定構造の変形例を示すもので、
第６図イはヘツダー内における仕切板の配置状態
を示す縦断面図、同図ロは仕切板が塑性変形部に
よつて固定された状態を示す縦断面図、第７図イ
は仕切板の斜視図、同図ロは仕切板が塑性変形部

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 平行状に配置された多数本の扁平チユーブがそ
    の両端を１対の中間ヘツダーにそれぞれ連通接続
    されると共に、隣接するチユーブ間にフインが介
    在され、かつチユーブ群によつて構成される流通
    路を熱交換媒体が蛇行状に流通するように少なく
    とも一方のヘツダーが仕切板によつて仕切られた
    熱交換器であつて、該仕切板が、ヘツダーの周方
    向に設けられたスリツト状の切込み部を介してヘ
    ツダー内に嵌入配置された状態においてヘツダー
    又は仕切板に対して形成された塑性変形部により
    固定され、かつヘツダーに接合一体化されてなる
    ことを特徴とする熱交換器。
