Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 光源と、当該光源に対向配備されている感光
体と、前記光源と感光体との間に位置しているシ
ヤツタとが具備されている露光装置において、 前記シヤツタには、静電気によつて橈み得る片
持梁と当該片持梁に対向配備されている電極とが
具備されており、前記電極に電圧を印加すると前
記片持梁が静電気によつて前記電極側に橈むこと
を特徴とする露光装置。 ２ 光源は線状を呈し、当該光源の延在方向と交
差する方向に伸出している片持梁は、光源の延在
方向に沿つて相互に平行に複数本配列されている
請求項１記載の露光装置。 ３ 片持梁の、電極と対向する側と反対側に第２
の電極が装着され、当該第２の電極には前記電極
と逆極性の電圧が印加される請求項１若しくは請
求項２記載の露光装置。
