Claims (1)
尺のラベル台紙をフリクシヨンパツトを通過して
送出す送出しリールと、該送出しリールの外周に
付設されラベル台紙の送出しを案内するガイドリ
ングと、ラベルに順次ロツト番号、日付等の捺印
を行なう捺印機構と、先端部が鋭角状に形成され
該先端部でラベル台紙から順次ラベルを分離せし
めるラベル分離ウエツジと、分離されたラベルを
順次定位置に繰り出される瓶体に押圧貼着する貼
着ローラと、送出しリールからラベル台紙を引出
すためのピンチローラ及びキヤプスタンと、ラベ
ルが分離したあとの台紙を巻取る巻取りリールと
を、有してなるラベル貼着装置において、送出し
リールの中心部に回転軸を設け、ピンチローラ及
びキヤプスタンによるラベル台紙の引出し速度よ
り早い送出し速度を有するとともに、ラベル台紙
の送出し量が所定量を超過するとき回転を停止す
るモータを送出しリールに付設し、前記捺印機構
の刻印部に正対する位置にラベルが移動すると該
ラベルを検知してラベル台紙の進行を停止し該刻
印部を先端に装着するエアーシリンダを前進させ
ラベルに捺印せしめる光電管装置と、捺印終了後
再び移動するラベルの捺印のずれ、文字脱落等の
不具合を検知してラベル台紙の進行を停止せしめ
るモニタテレビ装置とを設けて構成されることを
