Claims (1)
- 天井表面側から床面に向かう気流を天井裏面側
へ帰還させるための環気空間が形成されたクリー
ンルームの気流路構造において、クリーンルーム
の床面上に配置される装置の底部に脚部を設け、
該装置の天面と前記天井表面と接触させる一方、
該装置の底面と床面との間、および前記装置の側
面とクリーンルームの側壁との間を前記環気空間
としたことを特徴とするクリーンルームの気流路
構造。
