Claims (1)
- 当該リニアモータの固定子と、この固定子を上
面に固定して床面上の所定の位置に取付ける取付
け足と、この固定子の上に所定の間隔のエアギヤ
ツプを有して配置される可動子とを備えたリニア
モータにおいて、前記取付け足を上下動可能に床
面に取付けるボルトと、前記取付け足を所定の高
さに固定しかつその高さを調節可能にするねじと
を有し、このねじで前記取付け足の高さを調節す
ることにより前記エアギヤツプの間隔を調節する
ようにしたことを特徴とするリニアモータ。
