Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 細長い円筒状の外部電極と内部電極とが同軸心
状に配され、それら両電極間に、軸心より見て等
角間隔に複数のスペーサが取付けられ、それらの
スペーサが電極の長手方向に多段階に配されてい
る静電容量式レベルセンサにおいて、 上記外部電極と内部電極とは、それらの中心軸
に直交する直線と交わる位置に、それぞれ一対の
透孔が形成され、それらの透孔に共通な棒状の連
絡部材が嵌合されていることを特徴とする、 静電容量式レベルセンサ。
