Claims (1)
- 帯電加工が施され略均一分布に貫通孔４を開設
したシート状瀘材１を、通気性スペーサ５を介し
て積層して構成され、スペーサ５は厚み方向に通
気性を有すと共に瀘材１の面に沿つて空気の流通
を許容する流路を有しており、隣り合う瀘材１，
１ａの貫通孔４，４ａは重ならぬ様に位置がずれ
ている静電式集塵フイルター。
