Claims (1)

上部および前記電極が露出する壁面によつて形成
されるサンプル室とを有し、前記陰極と陽極との
間隔および前記陰極と陽極の末端部と前記サンプ
ルホルダー下部壁面との間隔をそれぞれ1mm以下
