Claims (1)
- ステーの一端に取り付けたミラーの前方より衝
撃外力が加わると前記ステーを車体側から脱落可
能にした車両用ミラー装置であつて、結合貫通穴
を有して前記ステーの他端側に設けられたベース
部と、前記結合用貫通穴よりも大きな内径寸法で
形成されたバカ穴を有する板状のベース金具と、
前記バカ穴よりも大きな外径寸法でかつ中央に貫
通穴が設けられてリング状に形成されているとと
もに設定値以上の荷重を受けると破壊可能なワツ
シヤと、前記ベース部の前記係合用貫通穴と前記
ベース金具の前記バカ穴と前記ワツシヤの前記貫
通穴とを通つて挿入され前記ベース部の外側に突
出した一端と前記ワツシヤの外側に突出した他端
とがそれぞれカシメ止めされて前記ステーと前記
ベース金具と前記ワツシヤとを一体化するカシメ
金具とを備え、前記カシメ金具の前記ワツシヤ側
におけるカシメ部の外径寸法を前記バカ穴を通過
可能な大きさで形成するとともに、前記ステーと
前記ベース金具と前記ワツシヤとが前記ベース金
具で一体化された後から前記ベース金具を前記車
体側に取り付け可能に構成したことを特徴とする
車両用ミラー装置。
