第１図は本考案に係るプロテクタ取付構造の一
実施例を備えた車両用灯具を示し、第１図Ａは全
体的断面図、第１図Ｂは上記Ａ図に鎖線で囲んで
示したＢの拡大詳細図である。第２図Ａ，Ｂはそ
れぞれ上記と異なる実施例における要部断面図で
ある。第３図は、第１図に示した実施例に係るプ
ロテクタ取付構造を構成するための作業方法の説
明図である。第４図及び第５図は従来例の車両用
灯具を示し、第４図は全体的断面図、第５図は構
成方法の説明図である。 １，１′……ランプハウジング、１ａ……ホツ
トメルト溝、１ｂ……フランジ状部、１ｃ……穴
、１ｃ−１……大径部、２……前面レンズ、２ａ

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ランプハウジングのフランジ状部の背面および
外周面に接せしめてプロテクタが注入成形されて
いる車両用灯具において、 前記フランジ状部の背面に有底および又は無底
の孔が形成されており、かつ、プロテクタに形成
された突起が前記の孔に嵌合されていて、上記嵌
合部の径は、背面側よりも前面側が大径になつて
いる個所が有ることを特徴とする車両用灯具のプ
ロテクタ取付構造。
