視図である。図において、1は紙板材、2はスリ
ツト(平行スリツト)、3は第1内側折線、4は
第2内側折線、5は第1外側折線、6は第2外側
折線、7は底板、8は外側板、9は内側板、10
は上板、11は補強緩衝部、12は不連続なスリ
ツト、13はフラツプ、14は折線、15は側板
部、16はスリツトである。なお、図中同一符号

Claims (1)
ぞれ一定間隔をもつて2本ずつスリツトを形成し
、上記中心線を境にしたそれぞれ2本ずつのスリ
ツト相互間にその中心線と平行で、その中心線側
に第1内側折線をそれぞれ設けるとともに、その
外側寄りに上記第1内側折線と平行に第2内側折
線をそれぞれ設け、上記スリツトの上記中心線側
の端から周縁にかけてその中心線と平行にそれぞ
れ第1外側折線を形成し、かつこの第1外側折線
と平行に上記それぞれのスリツトの外側寄りから
周縁にかけて第2外側折線を形成し、この紙板材
を上記第1外側折線及び上記第1内側折線におい
て直角に折曲げて底板、外側板及び内側板を形成
し、上記第2外側折線及び上記第2内側折線にお
いて外側に直角に折曲げることにより上板を形成
する換気扇包装用緩衝材において、上記上板に少
なくとも一部が重合し、上記内側板と外側板との
間に上記スリツトによりできる開放部を閉止する
フラツプを含む補強緩衝部を上記紙板材の中心線
上の両端縁又は中心線と直角の方向の両端縁に一
体に形成したことを特徴とする換気扇包装用緩衝
材。 (2) 紙板材にその中心線の両側に位置してそれ
ぞれ一定間隔をもつて2本ずつ平行スリツトを形
成するとともにこの2本ずつの平行スリツトの中
心線側端を中心線と平行なスリツトで連結し、上
記中心線を境にしたそれぞれ2本ずつの平行スリ
ツト相互間にその中心線と平行で、その中心線側
に第1内側折線をそれぞれ設けるとともに、その
外側寄りに上記第1内側折線と平行に第2内側折
線をそれぞれ設け、上記平行スリツトの上記中心
線側の端から周縁にかけてその中心線と平行にそ
れぞれ第1外側折線を形成し、かつこの第1外側
折線と平行に上記それぞれのスリツトの外側寄り
から周縁にかけて第2外側折線を形成し、この紙
板材を上記中心線において分割し、それぞれの上
記第1外側折線及び上記第1内側折線において直
角に折曲げて底板、外側板及び内側板を形成し、
上記第2外側折線及び上記第2内側折線において
直角に折曲げることにより上板を形成する対構成
の換気扇包装用緩衝材において、上記上板に重合
し、上記内側板と外側板との間に上記平行スリツ
トによりできる開放部を閉止するフラツプを含む
補強緩衝部を上記紙板材の中心線と直角の方向の
両端縁に一体に形成したことを特徴とする換気扇
