Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハウジング内の回転軸と一体的に回転する回転
シールリングと、回転軸の中心線方向にスライド
自在なスライドシールリングとを摺動自在に配置
するとともに、回転シールリングの摺動面に、ハ
ウジング内のガスを導入すべく回転軸の中心線方
向の深さを有する動圧発生溝を設けたガスシール
において、 前記動圧発生溝を、回転シールリングの摺動面
に回転軸の中心線方向に突出したアモルフアス層
をコーテイングして形成したことを特徴とするガ
スシール。
