Those described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-44708 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-76072 are used. In order to effectively exhibit the thermochromism phenomenon in waterproof and cold-proof clothing such as ski wear, it is necessary to
Particularly preferred are those that change color at -20 to 50°C. In the present invention, in order to improve light resistance to a level that poses no practical problems, it is essential to disperse these heat-sensitive reversible color-changing inks in a synthetic resin while encapsulating them in microcapsules. Furthermore, by encapsulating heat-sensitive reversible color-changing ink in microcapsules, it has become possible to develop multiple colors independently.

It is sufficient if a part of the structure has the above structure. It is also possible to combine a normal fabric that does not have heat-sensitive reversible discoloration with a fabric that has heat-sensitive reversible discoloration to change the pattern from plain to patterned or from patterned to plain based on changes in temperature. It is. Even if the entire surface of the fabric is heat-sensitive and reversibly discolored, by partially providing a heat insulating layer on the inside, the fabric can change from a plain pattern to a patterned fabric or from a patterned fabric to a plain pattern as the temperature changes, in the same manner as above. is possible.

A coating solution consisting of 1 part of Lumamide (hereinafter referred to as DMF) solution and 14 parts of a 5% DMF solution of Sumilizer BBM (manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.) as an antioxidant was used.
It was coated at a rate of 30 g/m 2 and dried to form layer C. Next, 30 parts of Superflex 300 (Daiichi Kogyo Seiyaku Co., Ltd.), a thermochromic color S-22-C/# that changes color from green to yellow, was applied with a thermosensitive reversible color-changing ink composition encapsulated in microcapsules. A coating solution consisting of 150 parts of B-103 (manufactured by Matsui Shiki Co., Ltd.), 6 parts of Sumitekus M-3 (manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.), a melamine-based crosslinking agent, and Sumitekus Scatterizer was used.
It was applied at a rate of 150 g/m 2 and dried to form layer B. In addition, Crisbon 7667 (Dainippon Ink Co., Ltd.)
100 parts of Tinuvin P (manufactured by Ciba Geigy (AG)) as an ultraviolet absorber, 0.5 parts of Sumilizer BBM (manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.) as an antioxidant, 1 part of DMF and methyl ethyl ketone (hereinafter referred to as MEK):
A coating solution consisting of 80 parts of 1 mixed solvent was applied at a rate of 25 g/m 2 and dried to form layer C. Next, it was impregnated with a 3.5% aqueous solution of Scotchigard FC-453 (manufactured by Sumitomo 3M Co., Ltd.), squeezed with a mangle to a 40% reduction, dried, and heat-set at 160°C for 30 seconds using a drawing machine for coating. It is a coated fabric with three layers. Furthermore, in order to improve the rubbing resistance, a 25% solution of polymethacrylic acid ester in ethyl nitrate was applied at a rate of 25 g/m 2 and then dried.
The width was set at 160°C for 30 seconds. Using the fabric thus obtained, one-piece ski wear with padding was sewn in a conventional manner. This ski wear reversibly changed color from green to yellow due to temperature differences. In addition, the light resistance is JIS L 0842.
It was grade 4 or above in the Fade test of JIS K 6328, and the kneading resistance was sufficiently durable for practical use with no abnormalities observed even after 1000 times of 1 kg.

で特に有効である。(Effect of the invention) The heat-sensitive reversible color-changing waterproof and cold-protective clothing of the present invention has the characteristic of changing color depending on the temperature, and the combination of the color tone and coloring temperature of the heat-sensitive reversible color-changing ink used makes it practical compared to conventional waterproof and cold-protective clothing. It is now possible to enjoy a variety of color changes due to temperature differences, which was previously not possible. Furthermore, by combining the fastener color, sewing thread color, and button color, it is possible to create an even greater variety of colors. These effects are particularly effective in ski wear, windbreakers, raincoats, parkas, winter jackets, etc. that are used in environments with large temperature differences between indoors and outdoors.
