た。(Prior art) Conventionally, an electrolytic capacitor with lead wire terminals in opposite directions winds an electrode foil and a spacer, and leads out an anode lead wire from one end surface and a narrow cathode lead foil made of aluminum foil from the other end surface. After producing a capacitor element and impregnating it with a driving electrolyte, the cathode lead foil of the capacitor element is welded to the inner bottom surface or inner wall of an aluminum case having a cathode lead wire using ultrasonic waves or the like. Afterwards, the capacitor element was housed in an aluminum case, and the open end of the case was sealed with a rubber stopper to form a capacitor. In this process, the cathode lead foil bends during storage after winding or during impregnation treatment, and cannot be welded to the case as is, so bends are manually corrected. Since this process is inefficient and done manually, it is a factor in reducing the operating rate of the assembly machine. In addition, there were cases where the lead foil could not be repaired, which was a factor in reducing the yield.

に掛けかえて使用してもよい。(Example) As shown in FIG. 1, an anode lead wire 1 is led out from one end surface of a wound body in which an electrode foil and a spacer are wound, and a cathode lead wire 2 is led out from the other end surface to form a capacitor element 3. Configure. At this time, the cathode lead foil 2
is derived from the outer side of the end face of the capacitor element 3, and has a slight inclination as shown in the figure. The anode lead wires 1 of such a capacitor element 3 are sequentially inserted into the insertion holes 4 of a belt 5 made of a flexible material such as rubber or resin and having an insertion hole 4 on the side surface as shown in FIG. At this time, since the belt 5 is in a horizontal state as shown in FIG. 3, the cathode lead foil 2 has an inclination, and due to the center of gravity due to the inclination, the cathode lead foil 2 of the capacitor element 3 is oriented downward. He was stabilized and transported. When this belt 5 is run at a constant pitch or speed, and the belt 5 is twisted 90 degrees to make it vertical, the capacitor element 3 is erected.
Although the cathode lead foil 2 may wobble and move slightly due to the reaction when the belt 5 is twisted, it is conveyed tilted in a substantially constant direction. While running the belt 5 in the vertically erected state as described above,
A direction determining plate 6 is installed at a height where the cathode lead foil 2 contacts. The direction determining plate 6 is provided with a gap 7 in the middle thereof through which the cathode lead foil 2 passes, and as the capacitor element 3 passes through the direction determining plate 6, the cathode lead foil 2 passes through the gap 7. Therefore, by regulating the direction, the cathode lead foils 2 are aligned in a certain direction. After this alignment is completed, the belt 5 may be chucked and transferred to be supplied to an assembly process, or the belt 5 may be wound onto a reel 8 as shown in the figure, and the capacitor elements 3 arranged in the same direction may be reeled. 8, and the reel 8 may be used by replacing it with an automatic machine in the assembly process.

のである。[Effects of the Invention] In the method for aligning electrolytic capacitor elements according to the present invention, the cathode lead foils 2 can be aligned in a fixed direction, so it is easy to automatically supply capacitor elements 3 one by one in the same direction. Also, when the belt 5 is wound onto the reel 8, the cathode lead foil 2
It has the advantage of being easy to automate because it does not bend or get damaged. These can contribute to automation of the process of welding the cathode lead foil 2 to the inner wall or inner bottom surface of the metal case, for example.
