Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 平面的には略長方形を呈しその長手方向の両端
    部には組立完成時にヘツダ部を構成するため一側
    方へ膨らんだ膨出部が形成されている複数枚のイ
    ンナープレートと、全体は前記インナープレート
    と略同じ長方形を呈し前記インナープレートと共
    に組み立てられるとき、該インナープレートの膨
    出部に対向する位置に熱交換される一方の流体を
    給排するための管接続具がいずれかに取り付けら
    れている一対のアウタープレートとから成り、 前記アウタープレートが、前記インナープレー
    トがフインを介して積層されて、熱交換される２
    流体がそれぞれ流れる流路が構成されている熱交
    換コア部の両側面を閉鎖するように配置されてい
    る熱交換器において、 前記アウタープレートの長手方向には、所定の
    間隔をおいて熱交換コア部側へ突出した複数個の
    凸状のリブが形成されていると共に、その端部の
    前記インナープレートの膨出部に対応する位置に
    は前記リブと同じ方向へ突出した椀状部が形成さ
    れ、これらのリブの少なくとも一部は、前記椀状
    部まで延在している共に、これらのリブの頂部は
    前記インナープレートに接合されて前記インナー
    プレートとの間に補助流体路が形成されているこ
    とを特徴とする熱交換器。
