Claims (1)
- 円筒体の中央部に貫通孔を形成し、この貫通孔
内に摺動体の摺動部材を配設し、前記円筒体の外
周部に前記貫通孔に連通する上昇用給気口と下降
用給気口とを形成してなる駆動部と、段付円筒体
の中央部に貫通孔を形成し、この貫通孔内に前記
摺動体の磁石取付部材を配設し、前記段付円筒体
の下端部にプラスチツク製の吸着板を固着してな
る吸着部とより構成し、前記上昇用給気口または
下降用給気口より圧縮空気を供給することにより
、前記摺動体を昇降動可能としたことを特徴とす
る磁気吸着装置。
