Claims (1)
- 筐体内に片面に電子部品を実装した回路基板を
設置し、この回路基板に筐体に取り付けられた受
発光素子モジユールを接続してなる光リンクにお
いて、前記回路基板を部品実装面を下側にして設
置すると共に、その回路基板の部品を実装してな
い方の面に放熱ブロツクを取り付け、回路基板に
実装すべき発熱電子部品は、回路基板に穴をあけ
て放熱ブロツクに直接固定した上で、回路基板と
の電気的な接続を行つたことを特徴とする光リン
ク。
