However, as such conventional chlorofluorocarbon solvents are substances that destroy the ozone layer, strict measures must be taken to reduce their use, and most of them will no longer be able to be used in the future. Furthermore, although alcohol is not an ozone-depleting substance, it is much inferior in its ability to clean the resinous pollutants, and its low flash point requires a large investment in equipment for safety. On the other hand, alkaline cleaning agents that are widely used as cleaning agents have a problem in that they do not exhibit any practical level of cleaning performance.

This invention was made by focusing on such conventional problems. That is, aliphatic saturated alcohols having 6 to 8 carbon atoms, alicyclic alcohols having 6 to 8 carbon atoms, aromatic alcohols, alkylene oxide adducts of the alcohols,
It is characterized by consisting of one or more of the following groups: aliphatics having 6 to 8 carbon atoms, alkylene oxide adducts of the fatty acids, amine salts of the fatty acids, ammonium salts of the fatty acids, and morpholine salts of the fatty acids. It is a cleaning agent that (Requirements constituting the means) Examples of the aliphatic saturated alcohol having 6 to 8 carbon atoms used in the present invention include hexyl alcohol, heptyl alcohol, and octyl alcohol, and examples of the alicyclic alcohol having 6 to 8 carbon atoms include cyclohexanol. Examples of the aromatic alcohol include benzyl alcohol. Examples of the alkylene oxide to be added thereto include ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, butylene oxide, and the number of moles added is preferably 1 to 5 moles. Examples of fatty acids having 6 to 8 carbon atoms include hexanoic acid, heptanoic acid, and octanoic acid. Examples of alkylene oxides added thereto include ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, butylene oxide, and the number of moles added is 1 to 5 moles. is preferred. Examples of the amine of the amine salt of the fatty acid include alkanolamines such as monoethanolamine and jetanolamine, and alicyclic amines such as cyclohexylamine. In addition, ammonium salts and morpholine salts can also be used. If a nonionic surfactant is included in addition to the above detergent components, the performance will be even better. Examples of the nonionic surfactant include polyoxyalkylene alkylphenyl ether, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, higher fatty acid polyalkylene glycol ester, polyoxyethylene polyoxybrobylene block polymer, etc.
10 to 15 are preferred. The cleaning agent of the present invention may be used alone or as an aqueous solution by diluting the cleaning agent components with water if necessary. The object to be cleaned can be cleaned by immersion, ultrasonic waves, spraying, etc. on a designated carrier or chain conveyor, and after the cleaning treatment, it can be washed with hot water or water, and if necessary, rinsed with a solvent, etc. The object to be cleaned is obtained. It is particularly effective in cleaning contaminants such as resin leaked from the seal on the surface of button batteries or button capacitors, or petroleum-based pitch-like substances.

The cleaning agent of the present invention is an alternative to chlorofluorocarbon solvents and alcohol solvents used for cleaning resin (pollutant) substances, and unlike chlorofluorocarbon solvents, it does not fall under ozone depleting substances, and it is an alcohol solvent. It has superior cleaning properties compared to alkaline detergents, and is also safer than alkaline detergents.

[Example] A cleaning test was conducted using the cleaning agent shown in Table 1 for each model contaminated below, and the following evaluations were made. The results are also listed in Table-1. Polybutene-based resin is applied to a 10 μm thick Us304 material to serve as a resin-based (contaminant) material model for a button battery. (21SUS430 material is coated with petroleum-based pitch material to a thickness of 50 um and used as a pitch-like (contaminant) substance model for a button capacitor. Adjust the stock solution and use it as a cleaning solution, and wash Chord Lti 6 times in it.
Execute for 0 seconds. Color l co-model contamination (1) is a visual estimate of the removed percentage (area) of the resin contamination applied to the entire test piece.
Displayed as a numerical value as cleaning performance. Model pollution (2) is heavy! This is an evaluation method. The detergent of the present invention showed excellent detergency, but the comparative detergent had poor detergency. Effects of the Invention The cleaning agent of the present invention has excellent cleaning properties for resin-based contaminants such as polybutene-based polymers of insulating materials of button batteries or button capacitors, and petroleum-based pitch-like contaminants.
Unlike C-113, it is not an ozone layer depleting substance, and unlike isopropyl alcohol, it does not have pollution selectivity, and it has superior cleaning properties and is easy to handle compared to alkaline cleaning agents.
