- 少なくとも１つの側面を櫛刃状に形成した櫛刃
状部を備えた矩形状の誘電体基板の平面部の一方
の面上に電極パターンを、他方の面にグランド電
極パターンをそれぞれ設けてコンデンサを形成す
るとともに、前記櫛刃状部に線材を巻回してイン
ダクタンスを形成したことを特徴とする電磁遅延
線。
