(c) Problems to be solved by the invention In such a heat exchange unit, a fan and an electric motor for driving the fan are disposed in the heat exchange chamber. The lead wires of this motor passed through the partition plate from a place other than the notch and were led into the machine room. Since the refrigerant piping and lead wires were led into the machine room from different locations within the partition plate, there was a risk that the assembly work of the unit would become complicated.

In FIG. 2, reference numeral 46 denotes a shielding member disposed in the notch 11, which is made of foamed rubber and has elasticity. 47 and 48 are engaging pieces that alternately protrude on both sides of the shielding member, and both engaging pieces 47,
The side portion 50 of the notch 11 of the partition plate 8 fits into the gap 49 of the partition plate 8 . 51 is an engagement groove formed on the lower side of the shielding member, into which the bent piece 12 of the partition plate 8 is fitted. Reference numerals 52 and 53 indicate through holes through which the refrigerant pipes pass, which are vertically arranged and provided with downward cuts 54 and 55, respectively. The inlet pipe 41 of the auxiliary heat exchanger 22 is inserted into the upper through hole 52 by widening the cuts 54 and 55, and the outlet pipe 4 of the auxiliary heat exchanger 22 is inserted into the lower through hole 53.
2 are arranged respectively. Reference numeral 56 denotes an insertion hole through which the lead wire 24 of the electric motor 18 is passed, and this insertion hole 56 is formed with a collar 57 extending toward the heat exchange chamber side and the machine room side. Reference numeral 58 denotes a cut formed in the upper part of the collar, and the lead wire 24 is positioned in the insertion hole 56 by widening the cut 58. In FIG. 3, reference numeral 59 denotes a wire bundle band wrapped around the collar 57 on the side of the heat exchange chamber, which prevents the lead wire 24 from coming out from the insertion hole 56. The height dimension a of this shielding member 46 is somewhat larger than the height dimension b of the notch 11, and when the shielding member 46 is fitted into the notch 11 as shown by the solid line arrow, the upper surface of this member 46 and The partition plate 8 is flush with the gasket 14.

When assembling such a heat exchange unit 1,
The lower cuts 54 and 55 of the shielding member 46 are widened and the respective pipes 41 and 4 are inserted into the respective through holes 52 and 53.
2, and then, with the piping attached, the shielding member 46 is fitted into the notch 11 and the engagement groove 51 is inserted into the bent piece 12.

Next, widen the upper notch 58 and
4 in the insertion hole 56, the collar 57 is tied with a binding band 59, and the lead wire 24 is inserted into the shielding member 46.
Fixed to. After the shielding member 46 is attached to the partition plate 8 in this way, when the partition plate is covered with the cabinet 5, the inner wall of the cabinet 5 is attached to the gasket 1.
4 and the upper surface of the shielding member 46, the inside of the unit 1 is reliably divided into a machine room 9 and a heat exchange room 10.

Further, since the inlet pipe 41 through which a high-temperature refrigerant flows is arranged in the lower part of the shielding member 46, and the outlet pipe 42 through which a relatively low-temperature refrigerant flows in the center, the lead wire 24 can pass through the inlet pipe 41. This makes it less susceptible to the effects of heat from flowing high-temperature refrigerant.

(g) Effects of the invention As detailed above, the invention provides a notch in the partition plate that divides the inside of the housing into the machine room and the heat exchange room.
A shielding member is attached to this notch, and the refrigerant pipe and the lead wire are passed through this shielding member. Therefore, the structure of the partition plate can be simplified compared to conventional partition plates that have separate cutouts for passing the refrigerant pipes and lead wires, and this makes the structure of the heat exchange unit easier. Assembly work can be done easily. Furthermore, the risk of the lead wire being bent and damaged by the shielding member can be reduced.
