However, this type of soil improvement device uses a guide pillar installed on a base machine (e.g., a self-propelled vehicle with a caterpillar type) on the ground to guide the device down to a predetermined depth in the ground and then pull it up again. teeth,
When improving the underwater ground, the equipment is supported and guided by a rod that can be raised and lowered along a guide column set up on a barge, and the rotating part of the equipment is
Since it is operated via a drive shaft from a drive device on the ground or on a barge, it can be In such cases, the support guide rod becomes long, and therefore the guide column on the base machine or barge becomes long, as well as the drive shaft, etc., resulting in an increase in overall size and weight. However, it tends to be unstable and is inconvenient to use, and the cost of ground improvement work increases due to the increased manufacturing cost of support guide rods, guide columns, etc.

Furthermore, there has been conventionally known a ground improvement device that is suspended from a rope and raised and lowered by remote control (see, for example, FIG. 1 of Japanese Utility Model Application No. 56-73748). However, in this known rope suspension system, the drive device cannot penetrate into the disturbed ground because its planar profile is larger than the planar profile of the disturbed ground formed by the rotation of the excavating blade. It has no choice but to stay on the ground. Therefore, if the depth of the ground to be improved is large, the drive shaft that connects the drive device and the tip rotating part (for example, the excavation blade) will be quite long, and this rope-suspended type is also similar to the conventional device described above. I have a problem with this.

The above-mentioned object of the present invention is to provide a ground improvement device that can be lifted and lowered by remote control while suspended from a rope, in which a tip bit having a soil improvement agent discharge path is rotatably supported at the lower end of the case around the bit axis. and a pair of lower cases in which an overhanging arm cutter having a soil improvement agent discharge passage is rotatably supported on the side of the case about the cutter axis, and each of the lower cases is rotatable about the center line of the bit axis. an upper case supporting the cutter; a first drive device disposed on the upper case for rotating the tip bit and the overhang arm cutter about their axes; a transmission device disposed in the lower case for transmitting information to the arm cutter;
a second drive device disposed on the upper case for rotating the lower case, and the planar contour dimensions of the upper and lower cases are formed by rotation of the bit and arm cutter about a bit axis and a cutter axis. This is achieved by a ground improvement device characterized in that the size range is set within the planar contour size of the disturbed ground. In addition,
In this specification, the term "rope" refers to not only a rope in the usual sense but also a chain and the like.

According to the device of the present invention, when penetrating into the ground to be improved, the tip bit and the arm cutter are in the first position.
The drive device is activated to rotate the bit and cutter shafts, and this rotation disturbs the ground.
According to the present invention, the planar contour dimensions of the above and lower cases are set within a dimension range that falls within the planar contour dimensions of the disturbed ground formed by the rotation of the tip bit and arm cutter around the bit axis and cutter axis. Therefore, as the ground is disturbed by the tip bit and arm cutter, the upper and lower cases, along with the first and second drive devices stored inside, will follow the tip bit and arm cutter and settle into the disturbed ground by their own weight. You can move in while doing so. In this way, the entire device including the drive device can enter the disturbed ground, so the length of the drive shaft that connects the drive device and the tip rotating section should at least be long enough to connect the two in the device design. That's enough,
It is no longer affected by the depth of the ground to be improved. By configuring the device of the present invention to be suspended from a rope and raised and lowered by remote control, when the ground to be improved is deep, it can be handled simply by letting out the rope, which is simple, safe, and reliable. It becomes possible to perform ground improvement at low cost.

An embodiment of the device 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 includes a pair of left and right lower cases 2, and an upper case 3 that is symmetrical in the front and back and supports the pair of lower cases 2. . Each lower case 2 supports a tip bit 11 at the lower end of the case, and supports two vertically parallel overhanging arm cutters 12 on the sides of the case. In the left and right lower case 2,
In order to prevent the overhanging arm cutters 12 from colliding with each other, the arm cutter positions are vertically shifted between the left and right sides. Therefore, the lower case 2 has a slight difference in outer shape between the left and right sides.

As can be seen from FIG. 3, the maximum thickness T of the bulged portion 30 of the upper case 3 above the tip bit 11 for accommodating the electric motor, etc.
The thickness of the other parts of the upper case 3 is approximately the same as, or slightly smaller than, the rotational diameter of the overhang arm cutter 12. Also,
The left-right length W of the case 3 is shorter than the length from the tip of the left cutter 12 to the tip of the right cutter 12. That is, the contour dimensions of the upper and lower cases in plan view are approximately the same as the contour dimensions of the ground plane that are disturbed by the rotation of the bit 11 and cutter 12 around the bit axis and cutter axis.
Or smaller. To set the dimensions of each part, the ground is disturbed by the rotation of the bit and arm cutter around the bit axis and the cutter axis, and the upper and lower cases 3,
2 etc. are necessary to allow the entire device to settle and penetrate.

Therefore, the ground improvement device 1 is suspended by a rope R so that it can be raised and lowered from a winch mounted on a base machine such as a caterpillar self-propelled vehicle (not shown) or a winch mounted on a barge on the water. While maintaining the posture shown in the figure, the left and right electric motors 33M are turned by remote control via the electric supply line 34, thereby rotating the left and right tip bits 11 and the overhanging arm cutter 12 around their axes. Then, if the rope R is let out and the entire ground improvement device is lowered toward the soft ground G to be improved, bit 1
1 and the cutter 12 disturb the ground G, and at the same time, the entire device sinks under its own weight into the disturbed ground. As described above, since the entire apparatus including the drive device can descend under its own weight in the disturbed ground, the depth of the ground to be improved can be dealt with simply by controlling the amount of rope payout.

When the improvement device 1 reaches a predetermined depth in the ground, the bit 11 and cutter 12 continue to rotate, and a soil improvement liquid such as cement milk is supplied from the left and right pipes P, and this is poured into the bit 11. Outlet 113m and cutter 12 outlet 124
While discharging from m into the ground G, and rotating the left and right motors 35M, the left and right lower cases 2 are extended and the arm cutters 12 are rotated in opposite directions, and the entire device 1 is lifted. 11 and the cutter 12, and the parts injected with improveability are easily improved. In this way, by performing the above operations one after another on the ground G, the desired range of ground improvement can be achieved.

The second drive device 35' includes a sun gear 356 which is fitted onto the intermediate shaft 353 and rotatably supported by the upper case 3' via a bearing 355, and the upper case 3'.
Internal toothed ring gear 357 and gear 356 fixed to
and 357, and is rotatably supported by the lower case 2', and by raising the intermediate shaft 353 from the position shown in FIG. 5, the intermediate shaft 353 is connected to the sun gear 356. spline joint type clutch 359 and intermediate shaft 3
53 is provided with a shaft drive section 340 which can be moved up and down via a rotation lever 342 by a spring offset type electromagnetic drive device 341.

Therefore, when the intermediate shaft 353 is raised by the shaft drive unit 340, the clutch 359 engages with the sun gear, and the rotational force of the motor 33M is also transmitted to the planetary gears 358, causing these gears 358 to rotate and move the sun gear 3.
56, the lower case 2' supporting the gear 358 rotates.
