Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ リング形固定子の一方の面に圧電素子を設け
て、固定子に進行波を発生させることができるよ
うにし、同固定子の他方の面にリング形のロータ
を圧接して、上記進行波によりロータが回転でき
るようにした超音波モータにおいて、固定子を保
持するリング状支持部材を、小径部と大径部とを
平板リング又は円錐状の中空管で連結した形状に
形成し、固定子の内周を支持部材の小径部外周に
嵌合して固定し、支持部材の大径部を円筒状ケー
シングの内周に固定したことを特長とする超音波
モータ。 ２ 固定子の内周に薄肉張出し部を設け、同張出
し部の内周縁に支持部材の小径部外周に嵌合して
固定した請求項１記載の超音波モータ。
