This tube has an enlarged diameter socket, and its open end is narrowed to a diameter slightly larger than the outside diameter of the socket of the pipe to which it is connected, and is sealed inside the socket. It has a built-in member, and when the receptacle is inserted into the receptacle, the sealing member comes into close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the receptacle, creating a watertight connection between the two simply by insertion. ing. The sealing member interposed between the insertion opening and the insertion opening can be held securely. Furthermore, it has excellent advantages not found in conventional pipe joints, such as easy centering of the insertion port and reliable support for the insertion port.

Because only
The holding force may be weak, and there is a risk that it will come off if an external load or pressure inside the pipe increases. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of these circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a pipe having a novel socket that will not come off even when used as a horizontally drawn pipe.

Fig. 1 shows a half section of a first embodiment of the pipe having a socket according to the present invention when viewed from the side, and Fig. 2 shows a half cross section of the connected state of the connecting pipe when viewed from the side. It's raining. As shown in the figure, the pipe 1 having this socket part has a pipe main body 2.
A receptacle 3 is provided at one end. The socket part 3 is composed of an enlarged diameter part 31 whose diameter is larger than that of the pipe body 2, and a socket 32 which is narrowed to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the insertion part 41 of the pipe 4 to be connected. There is. The inner diameter of the socket 32 is 2 to 4 mm larger than the outer diameter of the socket 41.
mm, that is, 1 to 2 mm around the entire circumference of the insertion port 41.
It is preferable to leave a gap of mm. Further, the wall surface from the enlarged diameter portion 31 to the socket 32 is bent in an arc shape, and the radius of curvature varies depending on conditions such as the outer diameter D1 of the tube body 2 and its wall thickness. D
When 1 is 100 mm, it is preferably about 25 mm in consideration of workability. Furthermore, the bending angle of the bending portion 34 in the tangential direction is 90
The angle is preferably smaller than 50°, particularly about 50 to 70°. The socket portion 3 has a sealing member 5 and a removal preventing means 6 built therein. The sealing member 5 is formed into a cylindrical shape from an elastic material such as synthetic rubber, and is integrated with the inner wall surface of the socket 3 using an adhesive or the like, and has tongues extending inward toward the socket 32. It is equipped with 51. The diameter of the tip of the tongue piece 51 is smaller than the outer diameter of the insertion port 41. The pull-out stopper 6 is made of a metal material such as, but not limited to, steel or stainless steel, for example.
It includes a base 61 and an elastic contact piece 62. The base portion 61 has a shape that follows the inner wall surface of the socket portion 3 from the socket portion 32 to the enlarged diameter portion 31, that is, a trumpet shape, and has a shape that extends between the inner wall surface of the socket portion 3 and the sealing member 5. It is held in such a way that it is sandwiched between. The elastic contact piece 62 has a cross-sectional shape of a dogleg shape with the base 61.
It extends diagonally inward of the tube body 2 from the end of the base 61 on the side of the socket 32, and its tip is narrower than the outer diameter of the insertion port 41 in a no-load state. Further, the elastic contact piece 62 is provided with radial notches 62a. The tube body 2 may be a metal tube made of steel, copper, aluminum, etc., a thermoplastic resin tube, a composite tube in which a metal tube is coated with a thermoplastic resin, or the like. The pipe 1 having this socket part is manufactured, for example, by the following method, although it is not particularly limited. First, a tube with constant outer and inner diameters is prepared, and one end of this tube is enlarged by secondary processing to form the enlarged diameter portion 31 . Next, after the sealing member 5 and the retaining means 6 are installed in the enlarged diameter part 31, the opening end of the enlarged diameter part 31 is formed into a throttle socket 32. Note that it is preferable that the sealing member 5 and the removal preventing means 6 are bonded to the inner wall surface of the enlarged diameter portion 31 via an adhesive or the like at the same time as the interior. Methods for expanding the diameter of the tube vary depending on the material of the tube, and include, for example, bulge processing, spatula processing, expand processing, and the like. Incidentally, bulge processing involves fitting an elastic body having an outer diameter approximately equal to the inner diameter of the tube to the end of a tube with constant inner and outer diameters, and also fitting an elastic body to the end of the tube to form an expansion. An outer mold corresponding to the shape of the diameter portion 31 is fitted, and in this state it is expanded in the radial direction to enlarge the diameter of the tube end portion. The pipe 1 having this socket part is as described above,
When the insertion part 41 of the pipe 4 to be connected from the socket 32 is inserted,
The tip of the inserted insertion port 41 first hits the side wall surface 62b of the elastic contact piece 62 of the removal preventing means 6. However, since the elastic contact piece 62 is divided into small pieces by the notch 62a, it easily bends outward. Therefore, if the force continues to be applied, the insertion port 41 will be inserted even deeper. Finally, the insertion part 41 is attached to the back wall 5a of the sealing member 5.
It can be inserted until the end surface of the Since the tongue piece 51 of the seal member 5 has a smaller diameter than the outer diameter of the insertion part 41, first, the outer peripheral surface of the insertion part 4■ and the inner peripheral surface of the tongue piece 51 come into contact with each other, and the insertion part 41 is inserted further back, the inner circumferential surface of the tongue piece 51 comes into close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the insertion part 41 and enters into the inner part of the socket part 3 together with the insertion part 41, so that the tip of the sealing member 5 The parts become pulled together. Therefore, the outer circumferential surface of the insertion port 41 and the inner circumferential surface of the tongue piece 51 are in close contact over a wide area, and the connecting tubes are connected in a completely watertight state. When the tube is connected by inserting the insertion port 41 into the socket 3 as described above, when a force in the direction of removal is applied to the connected tube 4, the elastic contact piece 62 moves into the insertion port 41. Since the connecting pipe 4 is pressed against the outer circumferential surface, the connecting pipe 4 tends to come out together with the retaining means 6. However, the base 61 of the pull-out stopper 6 is shaped like a trumpet tube, and is locked to the wall surface of the socket 3 from the socket 32 to the enlarged diameter part 31. Therefore, the connecting pipe 4 can be securely prevented from being removed by the removal preventing means 6. FIG. 3 is a half cross-sectional side view of a second embodiment of the pull-out stopper used in a pipe having a socket according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the removal preventing means 7 is the same as the first embodiment except that a protrusion 73 is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the elastic contact piece 72. In the case of this embodiment, since the elastic force of the elastic contact piece 72 is concentrated at the tip of the protrusion 73, the protrusion 73 acts to bite into the outer circumferential surface of the inserted insertion port 41, and a large pulling force is exerted. I can demonstrate my abilities. In addition, in the figure, 71 is a base, and 72a is a notch. FIG. 4 is a half cross-sectional side view of a third embodiment of the pull-out stopper used in a pipe having a socket according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the removal stop means 8 is the same as the first embodiment except that the elastic contact piece 82 is curved so as to be convex to the outside. In this way, the edge portion 83 of the elastic contact piece 82 acts to bite into the outer wall surface of the tube when a force is applied in the direction of the tube being pulled out, and exerts a large force to prevent the tube from being pulled out. In addition, in the figure, 81 is a base, and 82a is a notch. The pipe having a socket according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, in the above embodiment, the base of the removal stop means is shaped like a trumpet tube, but the base may also be provided with a notch. In addition, in the above embodiment, the seal member was provided with a tongue piece, but this tongue piece is eliminated and a cylindrical seal member whose inner diameter is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the insertion part is used. I don't mind.

Of course, the disconnection preventing means can prevent the force in the disconnection direction from being received, so that the connection cannot be easily released. Therefore, even when used as a horizontal drawing pipe, it can be used with peace of mind without falling out.
