The main feature is that the drive frame is connected to the drive frame, and the eccentric shaft attached to the output shaft of the motor and the other end of the drive frame are connected by an arm in the width direction of the main body, The case of the main body is made up of a pair of housings divided in the thickness direction and a cylindrical cover that houses both housings, and both housings have an opening into which the motor fits. In addition to the second feature, the current-carrying metal fitting equipped with a contact spring that comes into contact with the end surface of the battery has a third feature in that it is integrally equipped with a pressure spring that comes into contact with the surface in the thickness direction of the battery. [Function] According to the present invention, it is possible to easily achieve miniaturization and thinning in terms of the shape of the battery and the arrangement of the battery, motor, and drive mechanism. For example, the restriction on thinning the motor due to the thickness of the motor can be relaxed, and the third feature is that it can easily prevent battery rattling, which is a problem when flat batteries are used. It can be suppressed. [Example] The present invention will be described in detail below based on the illustrated embodiment. The main body 1 has a switch handle 8 on the side and a battery cover 7 slidably disposed on the bottom, and has a thin outer cutter frame 14 on the top thereof. A cassette-type outer cutter 2 mounted on a carrier 20 is attached to the upper end of the outer cutter frame 14. Here, the outer cutter frame 14 is tapered so that the upper end becomes narrower, and when the outer cutter frame 14 is covered with a cap 15 to protect the outer cutter 2, the outer cutter frame 14 is also covered with the cap 15, and the main body Although the outer surface of the cap 1 and the outer surface of the cap 15 are made to be continuous with no difference in level, the outer surface of the outer cutter 2
The operating section for attaching and detaching the carrier 20 is the outer cutter frame 1.
4, the synthetic resin holder 16 attached to the inside of the cap 15 with double-sided adhesive tape 19 is attached to both ends of the synthetic resin holder 16 along each ridgeline of the side surface of the outer cutter frame 15. a pair of leg pieces 17 whose tips serve as elastic locking pieces for attaching the cap 15;
17 respectively, and the groove between the leg pieces 17 and 17 is used as a guide for the attachment/detachment operation section of the carrier 20, so that the cap 15 can be smoothly prevented from getting caught on the outer cutter frame 14 or the carrier 20 of the outer cutter 2. It is designed so that it can be covered with a cap 15. On the other hand, as is clear from FIG. 5, the main body 1 includes a pair of housings 11 and 12, which form a component placement space between opposing surfaces when assembled together, and a cylindrical cover 10 that is placed around both housings. Inside, one side in the width direction is a flat and elongated secondary pond called a gum shape.
The lower part near the center on the other side is a storage area for the motor 4, and the side end on the other side is a storage area for the slide switch 8. A drive frame 5 constituting a drive mechanism for reciprocating movement is disposed at the upper center. The opening 13 formed in the housing 11 and 12 is the part into which the motor 4 fits during assembly, and due to the use of the flat secondary battery 6, the motor 6 is the thickest part. As is clear from FIG. 4, this structure is designed to minimize the thickness limit. The housing section for the secondary battery 6 is formed so that the thickness direction of the secondary battery 6 and the thickness direction of the main body 1 coincide with each other so that the main body 1 can be made thinner, and the upper end thereof has a spring-like structure in the cathode metal fitting 87. A cathode terminal 88 as a battery contact spring with
As shown in FIG. 6, an elastic body 66 such as rubber is disposed on the surface facing the pressure spring piece 89 on the second side. The pressing spring piece 89 eliminates rattling of the secondary battery 6 by pressing the secondary battery 6 loaded into the storage chamber from the bottom side of the main body 1 against the elastic body 66. The slide switch 8 has a contact spring 80 attached to a portion located inside the housing 11.12, and is integrally provided with a pair of elastic leg pieces 81, 81, as shown in FIG. These elastic leg pieces 81, 81 have click protrusions 84, 84 formed on the opposing surfaces of the housing 11.
When engaged with the slide switch 8, a click is given to the vertical movement of the slide switch 8. Both ends of a U-shaped metal leaf spring 82 are engaged with the tips of both elastic leg pieces 81, 81, respectively. A spring force is applied in a direction to spread both elastic leg pieces 81, 81. Due to the presence of the leaf spring 82, the elastic leg piece 81.
The click caused by the engagement of 81 with the click protrusion 84 is crisp and does not become flattened. The battery cover 7 disposed on the bottom is slidable by engaging guide grooves formed in the housing 11 and 12 on both sides thereof, and the anode of the secondary battery 6 is placed on the negative side. An anode metal fitting 70 that connects the motor metal fitting 86 and the motor metal fitting 86 is fixedly attached. The secondary battery 6 is loaded into the main body 1 by sliding the battery cover 6 to open the lower opening of the battery storage chamber, and then closing the battery cover 6 to close the lower opening. Anode of secondary battery 6 and motor fitting 8
This is done by connecting 6 with an anode fitting 70.
Since the secondary battery 6 loaded in the storage chamber is biased in the direction of protruding downward by the spring bias of the cathode terminal 88, an inclined surface 72 is formed on the edge of the battery cover 7. When the battery cover 7 is slid to close the storage chamber, the inclined surface 72 contacts the shoulder of the secondary battery 6 to push the secondary battery 6 deep. Therefore, the battery cover 7 is not caught on the secondary battery 6, and the battery cover 7 can be opened and closed smoothly. Further, an anode metal fitting 70 attached to the battery cover 7
An engagement recess 76 is formed in which a small protrusion provided on the motor fitting 86 engages, and when the battery cover 7 is closed, the protrusion falls into the engagement recess 76 and engages, thereby producing noise. This is so that the user can clearly determine whether or not the battery cover 7 is closed. The driving rod 5, which has a built-in spring 54 for pushing up the inner cutter 3 and whose upper end is connected to the inner cutter 3, is pivoted in the middle by a shaft 50 and a metal bearing 51, and the lower end is connected to the arm 44. It is connected to an eccentric shaft 41 with a balancer attached to the output shaft of the motor 4 via the shaft, and a weight 53 for canceling the inertia with the inner cutter 3 is attached to the lower part. The connection between the drive rod 5 and the arm 44 is formed by a spherical ball 55 provided at the lower end of the drive rod 5 and a socket 45 formed as a recess with a hemispherical inner surface at one end of the arm 44. Configured as a fitting, the socket 45
The bearing 52 in the figure is a ring disposed on the end face of the metal 51 so that the ball 55 fitted therein can move three-dimensionally relative to the socket 45. Therefore, if the secondary battery 6 and the motor 4 are connected and the motor 4 is rotated by operating the slide switch 8, the movement component in the left and right direction in FIG. 3 of the eccentric rotation of the eccentric shaft 41 will be 44 to the lower end of the drive rod 5 to swing the drive rod 5, and as a result, the inner cutter 3 attached to the upper end of the drive rod 5 reciprocates. At this time, the arm 44 and the drive rod 5 are connected by a ball joint, and even if the ball 55 moves up and down in the socket 45 as the drive rod 5 swings, the ball 55 remains connected to the ball 55. The contact area with the socket 45 is kept large, so the movement of the arm 44 is not wasted and the drive rod 5
The motion transmission efficiency is high. The ball 55 in the ball joint is cut so that a part of its outer surface is flat, and an oil reservoir is formed between the inner surface of the socket 45 and this flat part 58, which prevents contact between the ball 55 and the socket 45. The surface is kept lubricated at all times. A rectangular engaging portion 57 is integrally formed from the lower end of the ball 55 through a small diameter detail, and rectangular engaging holes 46 are formed in the bottom surfaces of the sockets 1 to 45. ing. This is to prevent the drive rod 5 from being pulled out from the arm 44. During assembly, the engaging portion 57 is inserted into the engaging hole 46 with the longitudinal direction of the engaging hole 46 and the engaging portion 57 aligned. to fit the ball 55 into the socket 45, and then
When the arm 44 is rotated 90 degrees around the axis of the drive rod 5, the engagement hole 46 and the engagement portion 57 intersect, thereby preventing the ball 55 from being removed from the socket 45. In the figure, 28 is a dustproof rubber.

Since the eccentric shaft attached to the output shaft of the motor and the other end of the drive rod are connected by an arm in the width direction of the main body, it is possible to easily reduce the size and thickness of the main body. It is possible to easily obtain a business card-sized product with a thickness of around C-1 as shown in the examples. According to the second feature, it is possible to alleviate the restrictions on thinning the motor due to the thickness of the motor.
It can further promote thinning, and the third feature is that it can easily eliminate battery rattling, which is a problem when flat batteries are used, without adding additional parts. can be suppressed to
