This involves scratching the plate surface to remove excess ink that has adhered to areas other than the printed areas.

The upper surface becomes depressed, and not only does the amount of ink supplied to the image area 1a become insufficient, but also variations occur in the amount of ink supplied to each image area. Also, when printing,
The ink 3 is not completely transferred to the printing medium (not shown), and a portion of the ink 3 adheres to the wall surface within the image area 1a and remains.

This is convenient because the ink is completely removed, but when the ink is supplied to the printing plate surface as described above and the excess ink adhering to areas other than the image area is removed using a doctor blade or roller, the excess ink that has accumulated in the image area is removed. The ink is
Since the ink has a greater affinity for the doctor blade or roller than the printing area, the ink is carried away by the doctor blade or roller, resulting in a situation where no ink remains in the printing area and sufficient inking is not possible.

To provide an intaglio inking method which prevents ink accumulated in an image area from being removed together when removing excess ink adhering to areas other than the area.

The present invention coats the printing plate surface of an intaglio with silicone,
The gist of this method is to supply ink to the printing plate surface, cover it with an ink-repellent visibility sheet, level it with a roller, etc., and then peel off the ink-repellent visibility sheet.

It may be something that has been done. in this case,
It goes without saying that the release layer is directed towards the intaglio printing plate.

As a result, the ink is completely filled and retained within the print area. Furthermore, since the ink-repellent visible sheet is recognized during printing, almost all of the ink in the image area is transferred to the printing material.

Ink 3 is supplied to the surface of this intaglio plate 1, and when a silicone sheet 4, which is an ink-repellent and visible sheet, is placed over it and the roller S is rolled, the ink 3 is filled into the printing area 1a. , the ink 3 is removed from the non-image area 1b. In this case, since the roller 5 does not come into direct contact with the ink in the image area 1a due to the ink-repellent flexible sheet 4, the ink in the image area 1a will not adhere to the roller 5 and be removed, and the ink in the image area 1a will not be removed. Since the lid is closed, the amount of ink supplied into the printing area 1a is appropriate and uniform.

When printing, the entire amount is transferred to the printing medium (not shown), and a portion does not remain in the printed area as in the conventional case. Therefore, a clear and beautiful print finish can be fully expected.

。[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, the surface of the intaglio is coated with silicone, and at the time of inking, the ink-repellent visibility sheet is covered and smoothed with a roller or the like. The ink filled in the image area of the intaglio is not removed or reduced by adhering to rollers, etc., and the ink is completely retained in a state covered by the silicone sheet. Therefore, an appropriate amount of ink is filled into the image area and uniformly, and the entire amount of ink is transferred to the printing medium during printing, which is an excellent effect.
