A direct attachment method is known in which blocks, etc. are temporarily fixed with adhesive tape or the like, and then the concrete set up inside the formwork and the blocks, etc. are integrally joined.

Recently, the direct bonding method has been adopted in most cases because it allows for rationalization, but the conventional direct bonding method involves temporarily fixing blocks, etc. to the inside of the general concrete formwork and the formwork board. is required, so a significant cost increase is inevitable.

Its feature is that abutting seats are arranged on both the inside and outside of the joint intersection of the blocks that are stacked to serve as formwork, and the screw shaft portion of one end of the separator is screwed into the inner butting seats, and the outer butting seats are connected to the inner butting seats. A fastening bolt passed through the seat is screwed into the inner abutment seat, and at least one of the inner and outer abutment seats has a T-shaped or cross-shaped joint width regulating protrusion protruding therefrom; This joint width regulating protrusion is held between blocks located around the joint intersection position.

As shown in FIG. 2, vertical rows can be stacked in a staggered manner so that the joint intersections 3 form a T-shape. The blocks 1 stacked in this way are integrally engaged with the surface of the concrete wall 4 to be constructed as shown in Fig. 3, but between the blocks 1 there are formed joint grooves 5 which are recessed into the block surface. The inner half of the hole 7 is used for screw-fitting, and a joint width regulating protrusion is provided inside the cross-shaped joint intersection 2 of the blocks 1 which are stacked in a row vertically and horizontally as shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, for example. 10 is sandwiched between the blocks 1 located around the joint intersection 2, and the flange portion 9 is arranged so as to be in contact with the inner surface of the block 1. A flat plate-like abutment seat 14 is placed on the outside of the cross-shaped joint intersection 2 of the block 1, and a fastening bolt 15 inserted from the outside into the central through hole 14a of the abutment seat 6 is inserted into the opening 11 of the abutment seat 6. The block 1 around the cruciform joint intersection 2 is clamped and fixed by both the inner and outer abutment seats 6 and 14 by screw-fitting it into the outer half of the through-screw hole 7.

It can be supported in the form of a vertical formwork plate parallel to the concrete formwork 12 while ensuring a joint gap 16 of a predetermined width. After this, concrete is poured between the concrete formwork 12 and the stacked block wall, but in order to prevent the concrete to be poured from flowing out from the joint gaps 16 between each block 1, the blocks are placed as shown in FIG. When stacking blocks 1, there is a gap 16 for joints between each block 1.
A filling material 19 for forming a joint groove made of an elastic material such as rubber or plastic stick, which can be filled with mortar 18 so as to form a joint groove 5 therein, or can be removed later as shown in FIG. can be sandwiched within the joint gap 16.

Concrete wall 4 is completed. Note that a hole 20 remains after the fastening bolt 15 is removed, but this hole 20 can be filled with mortar or the like if necessary.

You can also do it. In this case, the through screw 7 of the abutment seat 6 is not necessary, and it is sufficient to simply form a through hole 21 in the center through which the fastening bolt 15 can pass. Further, the abutment seat 22 disposed inside requires a through screw hole 23 for screwing together both the separator 13 and the fastening bolt 15. Of course, it is also possible to use the abutment seat 6 provided with the joint width regulating protrusions 10 on both the inner and outer sides of the block joint intersection 2 as described above.

The gap 16 can be restricted to the width of the protrusion 10. Of course, if the joint intersection 2 is cross-shaped like this, the fourth

By joining the blocks to the separator, the stacked blocks can be used as concrete formwork.
It is possible to significantly reduce costs by omitting the concrete formwork and the means for temporarily fixing blocks inside the formwork, which are required in the conventional direct installation process. Furthermore, the joint width between stacked blocks can be regulated to a constant width by the joint width regulating protrusion protruding from the abutment seat.
