[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a coating device, and in particular, the present invention relates to a coating device, and in particular, a coating device that is open at one end and closed at the other end is placed between the open end and the lower end. This invention relates to a coating device that applies paint to a surface by immersing it in a coating tank.

[Prior Art] Coating by dipping has been widely practiced. The method basically involves placing the object to be coated in the paint and then pulling the object out of the liquid at an appropriate speed to form a coating film on the surface of the object. With this application method, if you want to apply paint only to the sides of a workpiece that is open at one end and closed at the other end without applying the paint to the closed end, lower the opening. Apply after washing. However, when the object is immersed in paint with the opening facing down, the air inside the object becomes trapped, and the volume of air increases due to changes in temperature, evaporation of solvent from the paint, etc., and bubbles form from the bottom end. The paint liquid level shakes, causing unevenness in the paint film.

The present invention solves the problems of the prior art as described above. The object to be coated has one end open and the other end closed, and is immersed in a coating tank with the open end facing down. However, in a coating device that applies paint to the surface of an object to be coated by pulling it up, when the object to be coated is not immersed, the pipe is such that the upper end of the tube is located in the paint in the coating tank, When the object to be coated is immersed, it is recommended to have a tube in the coating tank for removing air from inside the object, which is arranged so that the upper end of the tube is located at a higher position than the open end of the object to be coated. This is a unique coating device.

In FIG. 1, 1 is an object to be coated, and 2 is a coating tank. Reference numeral 7 denotes a receiver for collecting the paint 5 that overflows when the object 1 to be coated is immersed. The paint flowing out from the receiver 7 is collected in a paint tank 6, and is supplied to the coating tank 2 by a pump 8 through a filter 9.
A tube 3 is inserted into the coating tank 2 from below, and its upper end is located in the paint 5 in the coating tank 2. The lower end of the tube 3 is connected to a paint tank 6. 10 is a motor that moves the object 1 to be coated in the vertical direction. When the object 1 to be coated is lowered by the motor 10 and immersed in the coating tank 2, the upper end of the tube 3 is inserted beyond the lower end of the open end of the object 1 to be coated, as shown in FIG. At this time, the air inside the object to be coated 1 has a higher atmospheric pressure than the outside air due to the liquid pressure, and the pipe 3
flows out through. Therefore, the paint can penetrate into the interior of the object 1 to be coated up to the height of the upper end of the tube 3.

The height of the paint 5 to be penetrated into the interior of the object 1 to be coated is determined by the vapor pressure of the solvent, the immersion depth of the object to be coated, etc. When the immersion depth of the object to be coated is 25 cm and the solvent is methanol, the height of the paint to be immersed is preferably about 2 cm. Therefore, the length from the liquid level to the top of the tube should be 23 cm. The inner diameter of the tube 3 is preferably about 1 to 5 mm, since if it is too large, the paint will flow out more and the circulation efficiency of the paint 5 will be poor. The paint 5 always flows out from the pipe 3, but if you do not want the paint to constantly flow out, you can install a valve 4 that opens only when the object 1 to be coated is immersed. Furthermore, it is convenient if this valve opens and closes automatically in accordance with the dipping process of the object 1 to be coated.

When the object 1 to be coated is immersed in the coating tank 2, the height of the liquid level varies depending on its volume. However, in order to perform high-precision coating, it is preferable that there be no fluctuation. To this end, it is advisable to provide a circulation device that constantly overflows the paint from the upper part of the coating tank 2, collects the paint 5, and supplies it again to the coating tank. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, overflowing paint 5 is collected in a receiver 7 and collected in a paint tank 6. Furthermore, it is supplied to the coating tank 2 by a pump 8 through a filter 9 . As coating is repeated, the amount of paint in the device decreases, so new paint is replenished into the paint tank 6 at any time.

Depending on the paint 5, a stirrer may be attached to the paint tank 6 to prevent separation of the paint.

As explained in detail above, the coating device according to the present invention can easily remove the air from the object to be coated, and the amount of air extracted can always be kept constant, making it easy to manage the device and eliminate bubbles. A uniform and stable coating film can be formed without generation.
