Description
【０００１】
この考案は、着用したまま失禁、あるいは自発的の排尿に対処できる蓄尿パン
ティに関するものである。

従来、寝たきり病人等の排尿を受ける手段としては便器あるいは布、紙等のお
むつを用いることが一般的であるが、健康者が止むを得ず用いるものとしては携
帯用尿びんが普通である。

しかし、健康者が止むを得ず排尿を必要とする場合、例えば長時間を走るマラ
ソンレース中や他の人達と一緒に釣舟などに居る際に他人に気付かれないように
用いるには、携帯用尿びんを取り出すわけにもいかず、もちろん尿びんを提げた
まま行動を続けることもできない。といって、単なるおむつ状のものでは健康者
の尿量は相当大であるから、到底収容しきれず実用的でない。

これに対し、排出された尿をその場で固形化できれば、そのまま持ち歩いても
、さほど不便でなく、また、外部に漏出のおそれも少ない。

この考案は上記の点に考慮して市販の吸水剤をパンティ内部に組みこんで、排
尿を即座に固化するようにしたものである。この吸水剤は、現在、携帯便器に収
容、あるいは幼児おむつに組みこんで用いられる「高吸水性ポリマー」として知
られており、通常、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、ビニルアルコール──アクリル
酸共重合樹脂または澱粉──アクリル酸グラフト共重合樹脂が用いられ、例えば
サンウエット、アクアキープ、スミカゲル等の商品名で粉粒状、ペレット状のも
のが市販されている。

この考案の実施例を図面について説明すると、図１に示すように、１はパンテ
ィ主体であって全体は伸縮性大である布を用いて通常のパンティ状に形成されて
おり、腰回り部分２や股通し部分３，３等はゴム等を織込んで充分に圧接するよ
うに作られている。

このパンティ主体１の股下位置には図２に示すように一定範囲の切抜孔４を設
けるとともに、この切抜孔４の口縁に周縁を縫着して上面開口する浅容器状の吸
水部材収容袋５が付勢されている。この吸水部材収容袋５は、防水布、薄いゴム
シートの軟質防水材で作られ、図３で明らかなように、周縁を切抜孔４の口縁に
重ねて縫着するとともに、この周縁は内方に若干幅突出させて一連の張出し縁６
に形成されている。

次に、７は吸水部材であって、図４に示すように前記した粉粒状、ペレット状
の高吸水性ポリマー８をガーゼ等の網状袋９に収容して形成されている。

この考案は上記の構造であって、吸水部材収容袋５内に吸水部材７を収容する
。すると、図２、図３に明らかなように、この吸水部材７は吸水部材収容袋５の
張出し縁６により脱出のおそれがなく、この状態でパンティ主体１を着用して使
用すれば、意識、無意識に関係なく排出された尿はパンティ主体１の股下部に設
けられた吸水部材収容袋５に流入し、吸水部材７に吸収されてただちに固化する
。そして、この吸水部材収容袋５は、予め軟質防水材で作られ、かつ浅容器状で
あるから、吸水剤が固化して一体のやや硬質体に変化しても身体より下方に押し
出された状態に保持されているから、身体の運動例えば前記マラソン最中であっ
ても身体とすれるおそれがなく、また張出し縁６の存在により吸水部材７が脱落
するおそれもない。

以上のように、この考案は吸水部材７を交換するだけで何回でも使用でき、か
つ男女兼用型であって使用が簡単である等、多くの利点がある。

Claims (1)
- 【請求項１】 伸縮性布を以って、通常のパンティ型に
作られたパンティ主体１の股下部に、所要大きさの切抜
孔４を設けるとともに、この切抜孔４の口縁に、別に周
縁内側を若干幅内方に突出して張出し縁６を設けた軟質
防水材よりなる浅容器状の吸水部材収容袋５を、その周
縁を縫着して垂設し、さらに、この吸水部材収容袋５内
に網状袋内に高吸水性ポリマー８を封入した吸水部材７
を収容保持させてなる蓄尿パンティ。
