<Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a writable magnetic card in which a halftone printing ink layer is laminated on the surface of a writable layer opposite to the magnetic layer of a synthetic resin plate. <Prior art> Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 3, there is a writing system in which a magnetic layer 2 is formed by coating a magnetic material on one side of a substrate 1 made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, and the opposite surface is made matte and coated with a pigment. A magnetic card in which a magnetic layer 3 is laminated is used. In order to improve writing performance, this type of magnetic card has a high pigment content and a thick film, which allows the ink to be written on to be absorbed and fixed. <Problems that the invention aims to solve> However, since the writable layer 3 of conventional magnetic cards is made of matte, the coating film has many fine holes and has a high surface activity, making it easy to get dirty. , it is difficult to remove, and the strength of the coating film is weakened due to the high pigment concentration. <Means for Solving the Problems> In order to eliminate such drawbacks of the conventional method, the present invention has a structure in which a magnetic layer 2 is laminated on one side of a substrate 1 made of synthetic resin, and a writable layer 3 is laminated on the other side. This is a writable magnetic card in which a mesh pattern is printed on the surface of the writable layer 3 using transparent ink or white or colored ink. <Function> Ink stains adhering in convex shapes to the mesh-like halftone dot printing area can be easily removed. <Example> An example of the writable magnetic card of the present invention is shown in the longitudinal sectional view shown in FIG. 1 and the external plan view shown in FIG. 2. As shown in the figure, a printing ink 4 is applied to the surface of the writable layer 3 of a magnetic card in which a magnetic layer 2 is laminated on one side of a substrate 1 made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene terephthalate and a writable layer 3 is laminated on the other side. Print in a shape. As an example of this writable layer 3, a paint consisting of 100 parts of TiO 2 powder, 30 parts of SiO 2 powder, 5 parts of surfactant, 90 parts of Vylon 200, 90 parts of Vylon 300, 40 parts of MEK, and 40 parts of toluene is dispersed and mixed to a thickness of about 15 μm. By coating the surface of the substrate 1, drying and curing, and then covering 30% of the area of the writable layer with halftone dot printing of medium (a type of printing ink that is translucent), Effectiveness was seen in the range of 60%, especially
The effect is high at 20 to 40%, and the normal thickness of the ink layer in offset printing is 1 to 10 μm.Magnetic cards are formed by performing this process. During printing, the printing ink adheres to the halftone dot printing with surface tension like water droplets, and from this state, the solvent is lost and the ink dries, completing the printing. As shown in Table 1, there was no significant difference in the ink suction time due to the presence or absence of halftone printing.

This ease of staining is shown in Table 2 below.

As is clear from Table 2, it is confirmed that magnetic cards with halftone dot printing are less stained. It was also found that when removing dirt with an eraser, magnetic cards with halftone dot printing were better removed. That is, dirt adheres to the printing ink 4 on the convex portions of halftone printing and is easy to remove, and since the surface is joined in a mesh pattern with the printing ink 4, the surface is strong and resistant to friction from erasers and the like. Furthermore, since the concave portions of the halftone dot printing do not get dirty easily, the convex portions do not accumulate dirt, and the overall surface does not get dirty easily. In addition, since the mesh ink is applied, the ink suction performance is not affected. <Effects of the invention> As described above, according to the invention, the printing ink 4 is applied in a mesh pattern onto the writable layer 3 of the magnetic card through the halftone printing process, thereby making it less smudge-resistant and stain-free. It becomes easier to fall.
